Why I Built This

This past winter I crashed completely. My husband and I had been building our home and I did what I had always done β pushed hard, ignored every signal my body sent me, and kept going until I could not anymore. My nervous system shut down. I stopped feeling things that should have made me sad or angry. I was empty in a way I had never experienced before.
What brought me back was discovering that I had been living almost entirely in masculine energy my entire life β pushing, producing, hustling β completely disconnected from the feminine rhythms my body was actually built for. When I discovered cyclical living everything changed. I stopped fighting my seasons and started honoring them. And slowly I came back to life.
I built Yarrow Moon because I know I am not the only woman who has felt like she was dying inside a life she worked so hard to create. This membership is the space I needed and could not find. I built it for you.
